- Other members of the Community that may be directly affected by the actions or inactions of a particular resident;
- The Attorney and Auditor for the Community;
- Our successors as Managers for the Community;
- Government entities that require us to provide the information as allowed by law.
In the event of an emergency or suspected unlawful activity, we may share information with other members of the Community, as well as local , county, state and federal authorities, as may be deemed necessary by us, in our sole discretion.
Statistical data, that does not include names or other personal identifiers may be shared with other agencies for compliance to fair housing laws, and for the purpose of creating or enhancing Community Management services.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
