The random selections (AKA, “Lottery”) to determine the priority order for all applications for three properties were recently held. The properties included Molly Brook on Belmont in North Haledon apartments, the Colfax Apartments in Toms River and for sale condominiums at North Pointe in Sea Bright, New Jersey. Applicants for these properties, who submitted applications by the respective deadline, can check their priority number on the webpage, here, for each property. Also available is the PowerPoint presentation that was used for each random selection.
