The random selection (AKA, “Lottery”) to determine the priority order for all applications for 7 one-, two- and three- bedroom affordable apartments at Chestnut Village in Ridgewood, Bergen County, New Jersey, received on or before 3:00 p.m. on March 15, 2021, will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. The “lottery” will be held online, using GoToWebinar, which requires you to register if you want to attend this event.
During this event, out of concern for your privacy, we are unable to announce the priority number randomly assigned to each application. Save your Application Number, because you will be able to use it to access your Priority Number within 24 hours after the lottery. In the event that you do not have you application number, letters will still be mailed to everyone, whose application is included in the lottery.
