The Village at Stratford

There are 122 one- and two- bedroom, existing age-restricted rental apartments at the Village at Stratford. These apartments are restricted to senior households, where at least one member of the household is 55 years or older and no-one in the household is under 48 years of age. Pursuant to state and local law, there will also be a preference for applicant households that live and/or work in the region of Hunterdon, Middlesex, and Somerset counties. There is an existing waiting list, which remains open. Some types of units have shorter lists than others, depending on the number of bedrooms and the level of affordability. New applications are added to the list on a "first-come, first served" basis.
