Brookside at the Station

Welcome to Brookside at the Station in Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County. This state-of-the-art building includes 13 rental units: 10 units are designed for families and 3 are universally-designed for adults with developmental disabilities. Up to 50% of the family units may be set aside for military veterans. Preference will also be given to applicants who live or work in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex counties. Applications can be downloaded and will be accepted until June 1, 2022. The number of units at each pricing tier is limited, and not all properties offer units at every pricing tier. Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum incomes will apply. To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in an affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program.


Gas and Electric are not included.

All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. Brookside at the Station is a development of BCUW Madeline Housing Partners, LLC, which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or Ho-Ho-Kus, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance.

Occupancy is determined pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.4.  Larger households may be considered under certain circumstances,
contingent upon the landlord’s occupancy standards (for rentals), as well as state and local regulations.
