There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 1 (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex Counties). A lottery will take place on or about 15-20 days from the deadline date. This property will be ready for occupancy on or about the end of the 1st quarter of 2026.

The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in an affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Utilities Electric and gas are not included.
